No Deeper Message...Really
Posted by Bryan

Received & Edited from my inbox. And its presence here has no reflection on the transpired events of today where higher ups received new laptops & docking stations, including flat screen monitors.

None at all.

None.

A guy walks into a cafe with a shotgun in one hand and a steer led by a rope with the other.

He says to the waiter, "I'd like a cup of coffee."

The waiter says, "Sure, coming right up."

He gets the young guy a tall mug of coffee, and he drinks it down in one gulp, sticks the shotgun against the head of the steer and pulls the trigger. Everyone jumps and screams from the mess sprayed everywhere. The guy looks around, shrugs, then just walks out.

The next morning the guy returns.

He has his shotgun in one hand and another steer led by a rope with the other.

He walks up to the counter and says to the waiter, "I'd like a cup of coffee."

The waiter says, "Whoa! We're still cleaning up your mess from yesterday. What the heck was all that about, anyway?"

The guy smiles and proudly says, "I'm training for upper management position: Come in, drink coffee, shoot the bull, leave the mess for others to clean up, disappear for rest of day."

I'd like to reiterate that I'm not at all bitter nor resentful of being stuck with being allowed to use the Mac running on OS 9.2, while others are enjoying cutting-edge technology like WiFi and BlueTooth on their new platforms, and that really, I'd like to email them about how happy I am for them, once I clear off enough memory to run Outlook without the system freezing up and requiring a reboot.
