So it doesn't roll of the tongue the way Bill Nye does, but I've just made a scientific discovery:
Individual Tums laying indiscriminantly on the desk

small pool of condensated water, from nearby cold soda

tiny, foamy, chalky Mt. Vesuvius.
This reminds me of one of the funnest games I ever played, while a youth pastor. Every participant gets a filled water gun and a yarn necklace with a large Alka Seltzer hanging from it. Then everyone plays tag where you're in the game until the tablet is dissolved from the necklace...then you're out. Last Seltzer-bearer standing is the victor.
What's your favorite large-group game or activity?
