Well...the carnivals are up...and rather than add yet another link to them, I'll instead direct you to Memeblog, which I'm adding to mine own blogroll, which in essence saves me time and effort from ever having to post this post again. Memeblog compiles these things and posts updates upon them regularly. This should please and placate those of you still lamenting the passing of the Friday Five.
the Christian Carnival is not added to the Memeblog list yet, so it's link is here...but it should add itself to the memeblog list, which may assist in its promotion.
I've also not participated in the last two Blogger Idol offerings. For some reason, I've not been inspired to, ever since its format change (which is really just a frequency issue). The challenge of a new topic every week was engaging to me. Every two weeks makes it just something that's out there. It's like the difference between having a dog and having a cat.
I don't know if that's true. And I really don't even know why I tried to make that comparison. But at least it gives you a little insight to how I feel about cats, if you had any question about the matter.
I was going to throw my hat in the ring to the Survivor Blog competition. But I didn't. And I won't. But happy blogging to those who did. Don't be afraid to eat the competition if it becomes necessary.
