Top 5ive 1.0 5inal 5ive
Posted by Bryan

After a good beginning to Top 5ive, the 5inal 5ive list is ready. I thought I'd not be able to do this until after church, but I was wrong. Without further ado...

5inal 5ive best Sitcoms:
1. Friends
2. Seinfeld
3. M*A*S*H*
4. Cheers
5. Frasier

Go ahead and make your case in the comments, but realize it'll have no further effect on the 5inal 5ive List.

Coming after church, the next Top 5ive!

Keep playing!

How did Friends get in the number one spot?

Four out of five of my choices are on the list. That ain't bad.

Seinfeld had more "positive" votes, but fewer people booted Friends, so in the net result, it won.

I protest Frasier - but only because I'm not a fan of the show.

I'm okay with Frasier, though it "gave up" a couple seasons ago (the last good season, IMHO, was the one that culminated in Niles and Daphne getting together)...but if I had it to do over, I would have put Third Rock in before Coach, thus giving it an earlier presence to be added to and taken away...hopefully giving it more net votes.

Still learning...

Both Third Rock and Coach are .

Bad Bryan! . ;)

Third Rock is no less than News Radio!

Phil Hartman = John Lithgow
Andy Dick = French Stewart
Dave Foley = That Kid
Joe Rogan = Kristen Johnston
Maura Tierney = Jane Curtain
John Lovitz = Wayne Knight
Simbi Khali = Vicki Lewis

not a perfect match...okay, not really a match at all...but its not exactly like we're comparing Citizen Kane to Dude, Where's My Car.
