Was There Any Question

From Christopher:

HASH(0x8953f0c)
You speak eloquently and have seemingly read every
book ever published. You are a fountain of
endless (sometimes useless) knowledge, and
never fail to impress at a party.
What people love: You can answer almost any
question people ask, and have thus been
nicknamed Jeeves.
What people hate: You constantly correct their
grammar and insult their paperbacks.

I have to disagree with some of this, though. My library, such as it is, cannot be described as "current" and I'm completely okay with the paperback (God bless Gutenberg). While its true that I'm able to hold my own in the "useless knowledge" genre of board games (Trivial Pursuit, Scene It, etc.) and I'm still convinced that I'm Ken Jennings's worst nightmare, I'm far from Jeeves (people who I know like that I tend to call the more affectionate "Cliff Claven").

The bookstore is my favorite place to visit, and I head straight to the book racks in antique stores, too.

As far as the language snob thing, though, it's pretty much right on the mark.
