Prompted by the direct-and-while-at-the-same-time-not-at-all-gentle encouragement of LaShawn, I've updated my blogroll, which includes up-to-date links to her fine site, as well as to my friend and fellow denominational servant Matt.
I got to see Matt while at the Colorado event where we had my father-in-law's surprise party for his retirement. We got to speak for a few minutes about our blogs. Then I had the pleasure of watching some drama he had prepared that did a wonderfully original and humorous take on an "extreme makeover" slant to improving your Sunday school, complete with coaching. Brilliant!
Back to the blogroll...even now, having said goodbye to some folks I once read but don't ping their way to the top to keep me reading, It's really not productive to have a blogroll of more than say 20 blogs. I just can't and don't read a blog unless it keeps bouncing to the top via pings (with only a few notable exceptions, like Matt's and Fluid Pudding). All the rest tend to have made it as recip links. Which I of course appreciate. I'm sure this matters to you as little as the ones you write tend to matter to me.
But thanks for pretending.
