1) the nations of earth, ruled over by the saints from this mortal age, jointly with Christ, from the New Jerusalem in the New Heavens and the New Earth.

2) since that kingdom's existence is based in the claims of Christ as heir to the kingdoms of this world, as well as heir of the Father, and those claims are historically united and validated at Christ's death, burial, and resurrection, it is also the extent of Christ's king-ship from that time on.

3) since the essence of being a Christian is submission to the Christ whose kingdom and king-ship have been announced, though not yet consummated, wherever Christians serve their Lord is the kingdom of Christ.

Or that's what I gather, anyway.

Cheers!
