Today, I'll be at this dialogue with former boss2 (he's "former" boss because he's moved to the other side of our team and I have a new boss2 who is actually now boss1 with the new reorganization. From there I'll come back for a couple hours before jumping on a plane and flying to Portland for the weekend for a state men's conference, returning Monday.
