So the Nuggets are no longer the No-Guts, and went and got good this year, even upsetting San Anton in the first game of the first round.
I was a fan for all those years in the 90s under Paul Westphall, Dan "The Man" Issell, and so on. Then it hit me. They weren't trying to field a winner. So I turned my back and walked away.
I'm really happy about their return to success, except I don't have any room left on my allegiance dance card.
Unless I grab my eraser and rub out the Colorado Rockies....

April 25, 2005 1:51 AMYou could have just gotten rid of any hockey loyalty that you might have -- I think it will be a while before we see any puck action, unfortunately. At least the Rockies are still playing!

My only hockey loyalty is to the University of Denver Pioneers, back to back National Champions...and it's pretty high on the list these days!
