The 80s Live!

I'm preparing to view Hit Me 1 More Time, the NBC take on American Idol that resurrects 80s stars like Vanilla Ice and Tiffany and throws em together in proverbial cage match, so we can, you know, see what happens.

This week's combantants contestants are A Flock of Seagulls (the group, not a collection of real birds), the aforementioned Tiffany, Loverboy (my "ooh I hope they bring it" choice), Arrested Development (a college interest of mine and an adult fav of the like-named sitcom), and the most unfortunately named Pop mini-Diva of all time.

I'm not sure what allures me more, this show's potential to be baaaaaad, or its potential to be just bad.

I guess I'll know by 10 PM EST which group leaves me with the titular Britney song (that's not as dirty as it looks, really), or instead thinking more of Oops, I did it again.
