Broncos Should Try To Get Young-er

With news that New Orleans has made their investment with Drew Brees, they are in prime position to trade their pick, the #2 overall. Assuming that Houston really wants Reggie Bush as badly as they say they do, then it's suddenly very attractive for Denver to quit the fiasco known as the "Jake Plummer Experiment" and begin talking turkey with the Saints and whoever else necessary to make it happen.

I propose a three-way trade that sends Plummer somewhere else...anywhere else...even to the Oakland Raiders (or maybe especially to the Oakland Raiders) for a high draft pick, and then we'd package that high draft pick with our first rounder, and maybe even every other rounder if necessary, for the #2 pick in the draft. I think Denver should also be willing to build New Orleans a new stadium if necessary...and throw that bargaining chip in, if the Saints are still looking for something else to sweeten the pot.

I really like Vince Young that much. And really dislike everything else about our current quarterback situation that much, too.
