Time 100, Bryan 100ish
Posted by Bryan

Time has released their list of the 100 most influential people in the world today. And by "today," I think they mean more than this specific day.

I was more intrigued by Joel Stein's promised list, and so I decided to rip it off. Here's the Bryan 100... the people who most influence my life, right now. had planned to rip it off...but here's as far as I got.

  1. Jesus - No big surprise that The Lord gets top billing. Really, this spot is for the entire triune Godhead.
  2. Kelli - My bride, my beloved.
  3. Kaylyn - My #1 daughter turns 9 in just a few days, or as one really great person noted, "she'll be halfway to 18." Ugh. She's been a joy and I thank God for her.
  4. Cotter - My son. I'm proud to say so. Every day is an adventure with him...in a good way.
  5. Kelsi - My "Lil Bit." She's the best of her brother and sistter's influences, with personality and charisma to light the world.
  6. Mike Mowery - My Pastor and friend. I'm blessed to serve alongside him.
  7. Sam Cotter - Kelli's dad. A great mentor and man of tremendous integrity.
  8. Marjorie McAnally - My grandmother. She's very sick. I'll share more soon.
  9. Roy McAnally - my dad.
  10. Georgina McAnally - my mom.
  11. Jamie McAnally - my brother.
  12. The dudes behind Constant Contact.
  13. Fluid Pudding.

Then I realized 100 is a lot.

And I'm sleepy.

I'm sure Angie is thrilled to have beaten out pretty much all other bloggers, including The Biggies. =)

I'm completely floored. Mainly, because I'm only 12 behind The Big Guy. That's something! (Honestly: I'm flattered. Thanks!)

And happy birthday in advance to Kaylyn!

Truth be told..."the biggies" don't hold much sway with me any more (not that they ever really did). I'm much more swayed by RLB (That's a TLA for "Real Life Bloggers") like you, Angie, Christopher, my UB, and a few others. Y'all make my top 20...I just got tired of making the list while I was loading Kaylyn's new IPod. Shhh....don't tell her. It's a good thing she doesn't read Spare Change.

Hmmm...she doesn't read Spare Change.

And she's nine.

That's like halfway to 18.

I think I should be offended.

Angie...you may have just moved up the list a bit.
