This was new to me, but I'm the guy who just heard about the Dodgers miracle come-back and learned that we're apparently in some conflict with terrorists in Iraq.
I'm not musical, but I love music. I have several thousand songs on my IPod, which makes searching a real drag. However, not being musical, this video impressed me because it caused me to appreciate visually what my untrained ear can not discern audibly. Until now. So that's cool.
I was so intrigued that I went to the music animation web site and downloaded the midi player/viewer. Sure, I feel like Cole Holland after his dad's special concert, but it's made me see nuances of music that I didn't notice earlier.
The experience can be further developed (or totally corrupted, depending upon your appreciation for the MIDI-azation of Dust in the Wind) by going to a site like this and importing some contemporary-er ditties.
Now I just need Kathie Lee lalala-ing the lyrics and the experience will be complete.
