Many thanks to Justin, for the assist takeover of the move of Spare Change to the new address, accompanied by the new install of Movable Type...I had been on version 2.661 for forever, and now am on 3.1416 or whatever this one is...much cooler...I think I'll be able to employ an entire new level of features.
One such feature is commenter authentication using TypeKey. Two areas where I was plagued by spam was in comments and trackbacks. The commenting problem should be completely corrected here by this requirement (which is fairly standard anymore, so I hope you don't mind the inconvenience!). And as far as the trackback issue goes, I have over 30,000(!) that still need to be eliminated.
And for the public record, there are some times in life when you meet folks who are just awesome, not for what they do, but for who they are....Justin and his wife Jennifer are two of those people. I'm glad to be able to count them as friends.
Oh, and now I'm all giddy like a teenage girl before Prom because I, for the first time, can use tags...and multiple categories!
