From my inbox, an update that the Fox 4 web copy editor was on a coffee break:

Granted, I am only assuming these details are listed in reverse order than how they actually occurred.

...wait for it...

The alleged convict was not detained at an Auto Doc, a Grease Monkey, or a Jiffy Lube. Nor was the hospital a drive-thru (although we recently paid nearly a thousand beans just for our littlest one to fill a cup so they could tell us what we already knew before giving us a $15 prescription for antibiotics...that was an awesome day, indeed).

Here's the skinny...They get the sequence right in the fifth graph:

The inmate was chained and shackled in place at the hospital, police said, but managed to escape and steal the car.

You may want to follow the link, just to see the mugshot. It's not great; although he seems distracted, like something more interesting were taking place just to the right and slightly beyond his portrait photographer...he looks a little like the guy who won Last Comic Standing, which if it were the same dude, what a bummer way to follow up that accomplishment.
