Walker, Texas Ranger, for Huckabee

In what may be the funnest story of the day, Chuck Norris has endorsed former Arkansas governor and Baptist pastor Mike Huckabee for president. The Fox News story not only links to the Norris commentary where his endorsement is offered, but also to the silly Chuck Norris facts (and makes up one of its own for the lead paragraph).

I'm voting for Huckabee in the primary, and if he makes it through, in the general election, too. He's a good man who did a good job and I believe will do a better job than any of the others from which you could choose.

Random memory...When I was a boy, I went with the family of a school friend to the next town of Steamboat Springs (this was common, as Steamboat was much cooler than Craig). There, we went to the home of one of *their* friends, and that friend's claim to fame was that he had lost to Chuck Norris in a karate competition when Chuck was not yet Lone Wolf McQuaid. I vaguely remember being impressed by this.
