Presidential Prayer Day 6

Thank You, Father, for the gift of freedom…chiefly the freedom we experience through Your mercy and forgiveness. I also thank You for freedoms the United States enjoys and for those who have given so much throughout our history to protect this treasure. I pray that we will celebrate and act upon this freedom by taking a dynamic role in the upcoming elections. Remove our apathy and pessimism, and give us a spirit of discernment as we seek principled leaders. And finally, I pray we choose to protect this precious treasure of freedom by honoring the Author of freedom in our words and actions.
