Father,

We acknowledge there is nothing that escapes your attention. We bear witness that you are good and the Lord of everything. We recall Solomon, the King of Israel and one of the wealthiest men in the world, prayed to you for wisdom. We therefore ask for you to give wisdom to our leaders in Congress. Help them to know how respond to the current economic crisis facing our nation. We pray that you would give them courage, integrity, and the ability to speak truth the nation.
