Kelli's paternal grandfather is the only person on this list who I personally never met. However, his influence on so many people in my life is so important that he absolutely deserves inclusion. I am thankful for this godly man!...

Kelli's maternal grandfather was a sweet-spirited man who was instrumental to the development of Weatherford, Texas. My time with him was brief, but I remember lots of cheering for the Longhorns and Cowboys, and regular card games whenever we visited....

Mom's dad died in 1977 when I was five. He was a pleasant man who always brought laughter with every visit. He made this cool "Twisto-flex" sound from a Timex commercial that made it sound like he was under water....

My dad's dad was my first hero. He was a master storyteller and always made time to play with "his boys." I remember being impressed when he was willing to ride the roller coaster at Elitch Gardens with my brother....

Kelli's maternal grandmother was sweet, kind, loving and pleasant. She deeply loved her family. A committed Longhorn, Cowboy, and Rangers fan, she watched every game possible, even though she couldn't see well. She loved playing "Ho!" and welcomed helping eyes....

Chris is Kelli's brother. He is a civil engineer (that's a job description, not a commentary on his deportment). He's my "go-to guy" when it comes to anything math-oriented or requiring analysis. Chris is a problem-solver with a take-charge personality....

Aunt Nancy has always been kind, loving, forgiving, and fun. She joined every hunting trip, camping excursion and grand outdoor adventure and challenged us to keep pace. I'm pleased to be her errand boy for as long as she wants....
